Ca' Momi is one of downtown Napa's newest restaurants and it is by far the most authentic Italian eatery we've ever been to! With recipes dating back to triple-digit A.D., you know walking in that it's an escape to Italy. We featured the Rigatoni Con Coda Alla Vaccinara, which is Italian for braised oxtail stew. This dish is labored for over 12 hours and the flavors instantly explode on your taste buds!
