If it's signed by mayor Newsom, the first in the nation law would require businesses with more than 20 employees to offer one of the following options to workers:
--Free transit passes or vanpool reimbursement
--Door-to-door shuttle service on vans or busses
--The ability to set up pre-tax commuter accounts to help pay for train, bus ferry or vanpool service
