There are 45 residents along Buena Vista Avenue that are currently without water.
There are reports that water is bubbling up onto the streets and the fire department is sand bagging the area. East Bay MUD could not confirm this.
East Bay MUD arrived on scene around 3:30 p.m. to begin repairs. Repairs are expected to be completed around midnight, East Bay MUD spokesperson Charles Hardy said.
