At about 1:25 p.m., the two suspects walked north on Cambridge Court to the edge of El Dorado Park, stood just off the sidewalk into the park and each fired at a group of picnickers who were about 30 yards away, according to police.
At least 10 shots were fired and one woman was struck in her lower torso, police reported.
The suspects fled south on Cambridge Court to a blue or gray, large sedan.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
Police estimated there to be about 250 people in the park at the time of the shooting, but no other injuries were reported.
The crime appears to be gang involved, police said.
