The big-rig overturned shortly before 11:30 a.m. and initially blocked westbound lanes No. 1 and 2 of Highway 12 at U.S. Highway 101, CHP Officer A. Paulson said.
California Department of Transportation crews responded to the scene to clean up the oil, Paulson said. No injuries were reported.
One westbound lane of Highway 12 and the connector ramp from westbound Highway 12 to northbound Highway 101 are expected to remain blocked until about 2 p.m., Paulson said.
