The parking lot in front has been closed off and detectives are inside searching for evidence. Already one semi-automatic handgun was found on the store floor.
The store manager called police about a possible robbery in progress Thursday night at 10:15. The manager told police he saw four suspects enter the store at closing time. He and another employee were able to slip out before being seen.
While talking to police outside, the four suspects tried leaving the store. When ordered to stop, police say they threatened an officer, who then shot and wounded one suspect. That suspect is in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The officer wasn't hurt.
Now three suspects are in custody, two adult men and a 17-year old boy. Police are still searching for a fourth who took off and consider him armed and dangerous.
