It was announced at a small, but passionate vigil on Tuesday night, to draw attention to his disappearance, exactly three months ago.
The vigil was held at a church in Oakland's Rockridge neighborhood, near the shoe store where the little boy's foster dad says he left Hasanni in a parked car, for just a few minutes.
Hasanni's foster parents were arrested a few weeks later, but were soon released.
Hasanni, who has cerebral palsy, is only about three feet tall, and weighs just 40 pounds.
