The group is asking for donations of food, blankets and towels for the 83 purebred pups.
The animals were confiscated after the owners of California Pet and Supply in Dixon were arrested last week and charged with animal cruelty.
Customers had complained that the puppies they bought either got sick or died and veterinarians are trying to determine exactly what health problems they may have.
