SFPD arrest long-time Muni pickpocket

SAN FRANCISCO

Thomas Wilson, 49, was taken into custody after a retired investigator spotted him stealing a man's wallet last month.

Wilson has since been sent back to prison for a year and will not be allowed back on Muni until 2012.
