Vallejo police arrested 49-year-old Christopher Wright Thursday.
Investigators say they found more than 230 images of children as young as five engaging in sexual acts on Wright's computer.
They launched the investigation after Wright was accused of committing lewd acts with a child.
Police think there may be other victims.
