The problem started in January beneath two buildings on Esplanade Avenue.
Earlier this week, workers tore down the decks behind both of the buildings after part of another deck collapsed last month.
One of the buildings remains red tagged.
The owners have until later this month to decide, if they'll rebuild or demolish it.
