They say the front frame latch on the "Zooper Tango Double Stroller" can come undone when it hits something and cause it to collapse.
The government has 185 reports of latch failures. Some children suffered scrapes and cuts. The strollers were sold nation-wide from January 2007 through August 2008.
Parents are asked to stop using them, and call the company for a free repair kit.
