Yahoo mass exodus continues

BoomTown (Kara Swisher's tech column at The Wall Street Journal) reports that Yahoo plans to announce the resignations of three high-ranking executives tomorrow. The executives include U.S. head Hilary Schneider, U.S. audience head David Ko, and vice president of media Jimmy Pitaro. This comes after a year of an unrelenting and broad mass exodus of top Yahoo staff.

According to BoomTown, the Yahoo PR spin cycle is going full tilt, saying that it's all just a part of a larger turnaround effort and that CEO Carol Bartz is simply removing the old to make way for the new.

What? Wasn't it Bartz who picked all those executives in her last reorganization... like last year?
