Oakland police say shots were fired near the Eastmont Mall, grazing one person in the head. That shooting caused a traffic accident which in turn brought down a utility pole, knocking out power to the area. Two vehicles were involved. One overturned, injuring three people.
Police are looking for the shooter who ran from the scene.
