A woman in Tennessee says it happened to her. She posted a copy of her receipt on Facebook.
It shows she was charged forty cents extra for a drink, all because she ordered it with "no ice."
The restaurant said it was entitled to charge more because without ice, she was getting about twice as much soda in her cup.
