DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: "Home with Lisa Quinn" is a nationally syndicated home show featuring room makeovers. We are looking for motivated candidates for a production assistant/set dresser position. Duties include but are not limited to assisting Lisa with: shopping for the rooms,coordinating homeowners, deliveries, painters, assembly, helping to clear rooms, waiting for deliveries, arranging furniture, hanging wall art, hanging window treatment hardware, replacing light fixtures, tidying up after build days, shopping for accessories, returning unused merchandise, keeping up with receipts, etc. and other responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be hard-working and creative with a basic knowledge of carpentry and electric. They must own a car and be willing use it to run errands described above. They must know how to think on their feet and improvise. An interior design or industrial design background is mandatory.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: An interior design or industrial design background is mandatory. Candidates must provide a portfolio of their work. Candidates must pass Corporate background clearance that will include checks of DMV record.
