Recall issued for exercise cord

Target stores is recalling 477,000 Embark brand resistance cords, after two users suffered permanent vision loss.

The rubber tension straps are used for stretching and building strength. The problem is the door anchor that can release unexpectedly. Three users reported being hit in the eye, two suffering serious vision loss.

The cords were sold at Target stores from July 2009 through August 2011. If you have one, stop using it.
