BART closed the station at around 8:30 p.m. due to the power outage and reopened at 9:25 p.m. when service was restored, transit officials said.
Minor delays were reported at the station due to the temporary closure.
The outage was reported at 8:16 p.m. and impacted 2,159 customers, according to PG&E spokeswoman Jana Morris.
As of 9:15 p.m., the number of customers impacted by the outage was down to 98, she said.
PG&E crews are investigating the cause of the outage and it was not immediately known at what time service would be restored to the remaining customers.
