SWAT teams respond to possible hostage situation

HAYWARD, Calif.

Officers got a tip that a person with a restraining order entered a home on the 2700 block of Hayward Boulevard.

The SWAT teams have now surrounded that house.

There is no word yet on whether neighbors are being evacuated.
