California's Fair Political Practices Commission has filed a complaint accusing Dan Richards of illegally accepting the gift of a $6,800 hunting trip from an Idaho Ranch. During that trip, Richards shot and killed a mountain lion, which is legal in Idaho, but not in the golden state. Environmentalists and dozens of political leaders are now calling for his resignation. State officials cannot accept gifts valued at more than $420.
