The San Francisco Chronicle obtained a copy of the video shot sideways with a handheld camera hidden in a key chain last February.
In the video, former CNET commander Norman Wielsch is in the red t-shirt and private investigator Christopher Butler is wearing black. They allegedly stole the meth from a police evidence locker and sold it to the informant at Butler's office in Concord.
Wielsch and Butler were arrested the next day. Both have pleaded not guilty to federal corruption charges and are awaiting trial.
