The 107-year old Murphy windmill was fired up as part of the Queen's Day Festival in Golden Gate Park.
The festival is a national event in the Netherlands, honoring the former Queen Juliana's birthday.
Hundreds turned out for the Dutch celebration to enjoy some Dutch delicacies and lots of sun.
