San Jose police suspect HYSU or "Have You Seen Us" of being responsible for up to half of their city's graffiti.
Six HYSU members face vandalism charges after being arrested in December. They appear close to plea deal that would send them to county jail for six-eight months followed by probation. But violating probation could land them in state prison for up to 11 years and count as a felony strike.
