They filed a lawsuit asking a judge to toss out the city's plastic bag ban. A group called Save The Plastic Bag Coalition argues the ban increases the production of paper and reusable bags which they say has a negative environmental impact.
The group also wants the fee retailers charge customers for paper bags increased from 10-to-25 cents.
