The crash was reported on southbound I-280 near the South Wolfe Road off-ramp at 11:04 a.m. A Sig-alert was issued at 11:29 a.m., CHP Officer Scott Cakebread said.
The big-rig reportedly flipped on its side and at least one person was killed, according to the CHP.
There is no estimate yet for when the lanes will reopen, and the CHP is advising drivers to find alternate routes.
