Mr. Quiñonez started his career at the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (Los Angeles). Most recently, Mr. Quiñonez was selected awarded the 2012 Aspen Institute Fellowship for Emerging Nonprofit Leaders; received the Latino Leader Magazine Maestro Award; and selected as an Ashoka Fellow. Mr. Quiñonez has a B.A. from University of California at Davis where he concentrated in Chicano (Mexican-American) Studies and has a Master's in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
