The Financial Times reports the futuristic digital eyewear will be assembled in Santa Clara at a factory run by Taiwan-based Foxconn. That's the same contractor that assembles iPhones and iPads.
This would be a major boost for U.S. electronics manufacturing since most tech companies have moved their production to Asia.
