The event is California's largest multi-cultural celebration.
The festival spans eight city blocks along Harrison Street between 16th and 24th Streets. Sunday morning's parade starts at 9:30 a.m. and begins at 24th and Bryant Streets.
Carnaval events are free, but donations are accepted at the entrance or online.
