Multiple gun shots were fired in the area of Larkin and Grove streets around 6:35 p.m., just minutes after the official closing time of the SF Pride Celebration, according to Sgt. Dennis Toomer.
The victims, two male adults, were both shot in the leg and sustained non-life threatening injuries, Toomer said.
It is not clear if the victims were the intended target of the shooting.
A suspect was seen running on Larkin Street after the shooting, but no arrest has been made. He was described only as a black male of unknown age wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
The shooting is the second to occur today, but the first occurred in the Bayview District, far from the Pride celebrations.
The victim in that case, a 30-year-old male, was shot on the 700 block of Kirkwood Avenue around 3 p.m. and pronounced dead at San Francisco General Hospital.
No suspect description is available in the first shooting.
