2nd defendant, Jose Montano, on trial in the 2009 Richmond gang rape, also guilty

RICHMOND, Calif.

Peter, 20, was found guilty of forcible rape, sexual penetration and oral copulation all in concert.

Montano, 22, was found guilty of the same charges.
