Police think an SUV landed on top of him after he'd already fallen off his bike.
It happened on Adeline near Third Street just before 11 p.m. night. Witnesses say the SUV appeared to be speeding just before the crash.
The Adeline Overpass was closed for several hours while investigators looked for evidence.
