Officer Gordon Shyy says that at about 1:30 p.m. Sunday, the man in his 30s was walking with his brother on the Jamestown pedestrian walkway when he fell onto the sidewalk.
Officer Shyy says several witnesses say it appeared the man was intoxicated before he fell.
The identity of the man has not yet been released.
