The Beastie Boys have now filed a countersuit against Goldieblox for using a parody of the group's song "Girls" in a commercial without permission.
The group's suit claims Goldieblox acted quote, "intentionally and despicably with oppression, fraud, and malice toward the Beastie Boys."
Goldieblox pulled the commercial, but filed a lawsuit pre-emptively, claiming it had the right to use the music because it's a parody.
