Photos from the Martin County Sheriff's Office show a brand new BMW actually on top of another car. The driver says he was using the car's parking assist when the car suddenly accelerated up and over a mound and landed on the other car.
The man and his 16-month-old child were inside but no one was hurt.
BMW says nothing like this has happened before and says the parking assist feature is supposed to be used for parallel parking only.
