The "Dumb Starbucks" is nearly identical to a typical Starbucks and was serving free menu items such as "dumb ventis" and "dumb frappichinos" yesterday. A flyer explains it's a legit coffee house, but is calling itself "parody art" to skirt trademark laws.
A spokesperson for Starbucks declined to say if it would pursue legal action.
