They included crime victims, police officers and prosecutors.
Officer Gary Peachey and inspector Mike Philpott were recognized for getting key information that led to the arrest of a drug dealer who set a woman on fire seven years ago.
Also honored was a victim of scammers like those who targeted the Chinese community. Susan Wong was robbed but helped police identify the crooks.
Some of those recognized have been placed in the witness relocation program because of the danger they face for cooperating with police.
