Britney Spears is currently performing a series of concerts at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. During Wednesday night's show, Spears was performing her classic hit "Crazy" and twisted her ankle.

Spears continued to sing while tending to her ankle and eventually was able to stand back up and continue the show. After the show, Spears tweeted the following:

Spears will be rescheduling her Friday and Saturday shows after doctors advised her to rest and allow her injured ankle to heal, according to ABC News.
