SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A new poll shows Governor Brown is maintaining his huge lead ahead of tomorrow's primary election. Brown is seeking a fourth term in office and would be the first governor in California history to reach that mark.
His opponent in November will likely be one of two Republicans: Assemblyman Tim Donnelly of San Bernardino County, or former Treasury Department official Neel Kashkari.
An LA Times poll of registered Republican voters found 32 percent supported Kashkari for the fall election, with 21 percent backing Donnelly and 17 percent actually backing Governor Brown.
