SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Ever since the recall election of Gov. Gavin Newsom last year, it might feel like you're hearing more about, well, recalls. According to recall expert Joshua Spivak, you're not imagining it.
"Recalls are having a moment," Spivak told ABC7 News, most recently in San Francisco's school board.
So why is this happening? Partly because of COVID-19, and partly because of people seeing other people launching recalls.
