Cell phone industry faces off against Berkeley over radiation

BERKELEY, Calif. (KGO) -- The issue of cell phone warnings linked to radiation was back in court on Tuesday.

The cell phone industry is facing off against the City of Berkeley.

Berkeley wants an ordinance that requires cell phone dealers to alert customers about radiation exposure, which is now being challenged in a federal appeals court.
