They're pros at saving the day and rescuing damsels in distress, and now one artist has brought these iconic Disney princes to life.

Jirka Vaatainen is a Finnish graphic designer based out of Bouremouth, United Kingdom who received a magical amount of adulation for his real-life portraits of classic Disney princesses. Now, Vaatainen has taken a stab at bringing Disney princes to life with astounding results.

"At first I thought doing the guys would be a chore since I have always been more into female beauty," Vaatainen told ABC via email. "But I learned that it was as much fun recreating the guys and exploring their unique features, since often the male characters have stronger, more distinctive features."

Demand for Vaatainen's take on Disney princes began trickling in from fans about six months ago, and the artist was happy to deliver with the male portraits.

"I think a lot of people, like myself, have grown up with Disney and been fascinated and looked up to these characters," Vaatainen told ABC. "I have learnt that a lot of people have been able to relate to my versions and agree with my vision that this could indeed be what the characters would look like in real life. The great thing about having more of a realistic face, will allow people to feel even more deeply about these characters, see them as someone relatable or swoon worthy."
