SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- San Jose police say they're reviewing surveillance video and talking to witnesses, after making one arrest related to a shooting on Wednesday night.

Half-filled bottles and glasses were still on the tables Thursday morning at DZO Sports Bar and Restaurant on Alum Rock Avenue in San Jose.

The manager Ryan Phan was in the kitchen when the shooting started just before 10 p.m. He called 9-1-1.

"When I got back, I saw they were hurt and I called them again and said send an ambulance over," he explained.

Police say two men were shot. The most seriously injured man is in critical but stable condition.

One man was arrested and faces an assault with a deadly weapon charge. Police are still looking for one more suspect.

"There's a shooting everywhere right now as you already know. The street is so crazy," said Ray Phan, the owner of DzZO.

This is the 5th shooting incident in or around a Vietnamese cafe, restaurant or nightclub this year in San Jose and the third in the past week.

The most recent was on February 14, about a mile away from the sports bar, in which a security guard for the Bboss club was shot and killed after a liquor store theft next door.

On February 11, one man died after he was shot outside of the Dx Club on South Capitol Avenue.

Just a few doors down, there was a triple shooting, in which one man was also killed. That happened about a year and a half ago.

"Our gang unit is aware of the recent violence that has been occurring at some of these cafes," said Albert Morales with the San Jose Police Department, but without specifying if any of the violence is gang-related.

They are, however, conducting follow-up investigations on those as well.
