SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- We've partnered with the team at Hoodline - the hyper local neighborhood website to find weekend activities in and around the Bay Area.
This weekend you can head out to the 6th annual US Sumo Championships in Japan Town at Peace Plaza.
Sumo wrestlers Takashi and Yama will be there for a meet-and-greet Saturday at 5 p.m. The matches are Sunday starting at noon and the competition is free to attend.

Help keep our beaches beautiful by joining a beach cleanup at Ocean Beach from 10:00 a.m. to noon Saturday. Meet at stairwell 17 and register online ahead of time.
Families are welcome, but kids under the age of 15 have special guidelines and need a waiver. Wear clothes that can get dirty, long pants, and closed-toes shoes are a must. The cleanup is organized by the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy volunteer program.

In addition to that, "Brews on the Bay" returns this Sunday for its 14th year on board the SS Jeremiah O'Brien, the World War II-era ship docked alongside Pier 45. It's one of only two still in existence.
There will be 70 different beers, so you'll be able to try the latest and greatest IPAs, ales, stouts and other styles.
Tickets cost $55 and this benefits the National Liberty Ship Memorial.
