Flight from Stockholm to Oakland delayed after tarmac accident

STOCKHOLM -- A Norwegian air shuttle flight headed for Oakland is delayed after a mishap on the tarmac.

Bay Area businessman David Prager tweeted out a photo from Stockholm. He says an airport maintenance truck hit the Boeing 787 just before takeoff and a piece of the plane fell to the ground.
