Morning Frost advisory in effect for Bay Area

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- Today is turning out to be one of the coldest mornings we've seen in months and so far, the coldest morning of the season.

There is a frost advisory until 9 a.m.

Temperatures will be in the 30s. Bundle up if you're headed out, but don't forget about taking care of your plants and pets as well.

Frost can effect sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
