SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The San Francisco Auto Show has taken over the Moscone Center this week with classic and exotic cars, and some that aren't even out yet.
For one automaker, the big news isn't the cars themselves, it's how you're likely to ride in them.
"The car industry is going to change more in the next five years than it has in the last 50," said Maven chief operating officer Dan Grossman.
And that's why General Motors isn't just building cars, it's building an app. Maven is GM's new car sharing service, renting cars by the hour, like Zip Car and City Car Share, but with only the newest and nicest GM vehicles. Watch the video above for Jonathan Bloom's full report.
