HILLSBOROUGH, Calif. (KGO) -- There are new details in the case against a Hillsborough woman accused of killing the father of her children. The case made national headlines after the key defendant, Tiffany Li, posted $35 million in bail.
TIMELINE: Peninsula murder mystery: Death of Millbrae resident Keith Green
Prosecutors claim Li, along with boyfriend Kaveyh Bayat and friend Olivier Adella killed 27-year-old Keith Green and dumped his body in Sonoma County.
ABC7 News saw Li for the first time since she has been on house arrest Tuesday. The last time was after she posted her monumental bail.
Li was surrounded by her attorneys and investigators. She would not answer questions about whether she had plotted to have the father of her children killed.

In court, Bayat's parents told ABC7 News off camera that they were disappointed with an interview the third defendant in this case, personal trainer and bodyguard Adella, did with ABC7 News I-Team reporter Dan Noyes. In it, Adella said Bayat offered him $50,000 to get rid of Green.
He said he declined, then three months later he said the couple showed up at his apartment building with Green's body, demanding he dispose of it.
ABC7 News asked the deputy district attorney if the District Attorney's Office will be striking a deal with Adella.
"I know he has made multiple comments that he would like to make a deal with us and plead to a lesser charge than a 187 in exchange for truthful testimony defendants Li and Bayat," said San Mateo Deputy District Attorney Tricia Povah. "We have not reached any decision or conclusion as to whether or not we are going to work with him. As it stands, all three defendants are facing murder charges and we are set for trial against all three of them at this time -- Jan. 16."
Povah said it's likely the trial will be pushed back. The pre-trial is scheduled for Jan. 2.
