If you haven't heard, ping pong is not just an old-school gym requirement, it's officially cool again.



Susan Sarandon launched a ping pong social club in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood called SPiN.



If you were wondering, it turns out there is a right way to hold a paddle, using your index finger as support.



The space is 12,000-square feet and equipped with two bars and 19 ping pong tables to practice. "No, not at all, I'm terrible at ping pong. It's one of the reasons I joined the job too, is to get better at it," Priya Sen said.



You can test your skills at 690 Folsom from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday.



San Francisco's Museum of Modern Art is coming back to the Yerba Buena neighborhood and you can help welcome it by rolling up your sleeves and getting your mural on.



Paint freestyle on Mission Street between 3rd and 4th streets is free and will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday. It will be put on by The Mexican Museum and Precita Eyes.



Also on Saturday, 10,000 people are expected to pack San Francisco's Union Square neighborhood for boba, authentic food and incredible performances at the Taiwanese American Cultural Festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
