UNION CITY, Calif. -- A lockdown at a Union City high school was lifted Friday afternoon after police determined an anonymous 911 phone call that warned of a shooting on campus had no validity.

Officers conducted a search on the campus. No threats were found and police lifted the lockdown at 3:25 p.m., according to police.

Police are continuing to investigate the phone call.
