San Jose police searching for missing 77-year-old woman

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 77-year-old woman with Alzheimer's.

Diana Kozlowski was last seen on May 25 in San Jose wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.

She reportedly walked away from an independent living home on Marianelli Court.
